2. Artwork and Apparel Selection
After obtaining your info, you will then send us your artwork and we will provide you with some of our apparel and application (screen printing, sublimation, vinyl) recommendations that will best suit your project. This will help you discover exactly what you are looking for. If you don't have artwork, it's okay! We will help you create an original image to suit your needs.
3. Quote, Payment & Proof
Once you are happy with the apparel selection, we will create a quote that outlines your custom order and send you an art proof. You can make adjustments to the color, size, or even the art itself. Once you are happy with what you see, we would then collect 50% down to get started on your project and go into production. Conditions apply (ie schools, churches, non-profit organizations).
4. The balance
Once the order is complete, we will send you pictures for you to take a look at the final product. If you are 100% satisfied, we collect the balance, if applicable.
5. Getting your product into your hands
We will then either ship or deliver your custom products.
6. Following up & your review
We value our relationships with our clients. We’ll follow up with you to see how your custom products are working out for you. We realize that there will always be room for improvement, so we appreciate your feedback.
