How Do I Place An Order?

Which shirts qualify for charity?
A portion of the proceeds from our "Cause" t-shirts go to charity.
How much do you give to charity?
We give at least 10% of the profits from each "Cause" t-shirt to Alz.org or Susan G. Komen Foundation.
With the exception of holiday handling time (March and November - December), all orders placed on our website are processed in 3 to 5 business days for shipping regardless of shipping method chosen. Orders placed after 9am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
For all package delivery times, a 'business day' is considered any day Monday - Friday and does not include public holidays and weekends. Please visit USPS.com for a full list of Federal Holidays when mail will not be delivered. Please be advised that since most of our products are printed to order, there is often a slight delay in the shipment time. This said, we rarely see orders received outside the shipping estimate windows below.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. However, that may change in the future. If you live internationally and absolutely NEED a shirt from us, please email us to work something out.
Returns & Refunds
Did we make a mistake? If there was an error packaging your order, we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you receive the correct item. We won't settle for anything less than 100% customer satisfaction.
Do you need to send the shirt back to us for a refund or exchange? It's easy! Please contact us via email, and we will be happy to assist you in getting the wrong order back to us.
We offer two different return/exchange options:
Returns: You may request a return for a refund minus any applicable shipping costs up to 15 days after you've received the shirt. We will email you a return label and your refund will process once we receive the item back.
Exchange: You are welcome to send the item back (via a return label we will email you) and request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. If you are exchanging for an item of greater value than the item returned, please include a note with your personal email so we can send an invoice.

ABOUT OUR T-SHIRTS
We print on the softest tees around. The vast majority are 100% ringspun cotton and 100% Polyester Jersey Knit. We MAY feature poly blends or tri blends, but we will always tell you what fabric the shirt is made of on the product features. They are tagged, bagged and ready for action! We don't currently offer larger sizes (3XL-5XL) directly on our website, however, if you need a larger size please contact us for a special order.
To extend the life of your shirts, wash them inside-out in cold water and line dry or tumble dry on low.
BACK-ORDERED & DISCONTINUED ITEMS
We do our best to keep inventory in stock. All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time.
Coupon codes can be applied during the first step of checkout, where you can see thumbnails of your item in your cart. Please note that we do not allow coupon code stacking; orders found with stacked coupons may be voided
